[email protected]You must understand that:The client must read, understand, and agree to all the terms. By continuing with the commission and going forth with the payment, the client has agreed to the terms below.The commission will be done based on the examples provided and my style. I reserve the right to refuse requests that differ from my style or requests to copy someone else’s style.Inappropriate/aggressive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated. Should this or a breach of the Terms of Service occur, I may stop or cancel the commission.How does payment work?Upfront, Paypal or Ko-Fi, and USD only for people outside Brazil. I will only start the commission after the payment, and I use Invoices to keep track of them.Prices are subject to additional fees according to size, complexity, and/or detail of the piece at my discretion.If the commission is needed by a specific deadline that is communicated to me in advance, a fee will also be applied.Individual payment plans can be arranged if the commission is over 100 USD.RefundsThe client is entitled to a refund at any time and will not be asked to provide a reason. However, full refunds will only be issued if it is asked for on the same day of the payment, or if the art hasn’t been started yet. If the work has already begun, I’ll retain the amount corresponding to that of the work already done and taxes, and the rest will be refunded.No refunds will be made after the commission is completed.If for whatever reason I find myself unable to complete the commission, the refund will be issued in full.What will you get?Final commission piece will be sent through email or the platform of the client’s choice in order to receive the full quality image. The size of the file may vary according to positioning and characters, and the quality will be 300ppi.How do updates work?I will sketch the commission with the references provided and, after that, will update you after each step is done.Sketch and flat colored commissions may take up to a week.Rendered artwork may take up to two weeks. If there's added complexity (scenario, more characters or such) it may take up to a month.Any and every incident that happen that delays the deadline will be properly informed as soon as possible to clients.ContentWill Draw

Even stick figures help to get an idea across clearly.I will make sure the client likes what I’ve provided before starting the next phase. Therefore, the sketch pose will not be changed after I start with the lineart, though I will change minor details if asked. Lineart details may not be changed after the coloring phase starts.The above changes, if truly wished by the client, may be done with an extra fee.RightsYou have no commercial rights over the commission. Therefore, you may not sell or redistribute this art in any way (products, prints, merch, and such). All the work will be signed and removing the signature is a breach of these Terms of Services.I have the right to use the art for promoting myself, and must be told in advance if the client does not wish for the work to be shown in social media. The piece may be reposted in the client’s platforms as long as proper credit is given. The client also may print copies for personal use if they wish, which must not be sold in any way.A proper price for a commercial rights commission can be negotiated, if the client is interested in a piece for a brand, a game, cover art, if they desire to sell products with the art, etc.My art is never allowed to be sold as an NFT or used for AI art purposes.

Caso isso aconteça ou um termo desta página seja violado, eu posso parar ou cancelar a encomenda.E o pagamento?Adiantado, por Pix ou Transferência (Nubank; caso seja outro banco, as taxas adicionais são por conta do cliente), em BRL. O tamanho da imagem irá variar de acordo com posicionamento e quantidade de personagens, e a qualidade será 300ppi.Como as atualizações funcionam?Eu, a partir do começo do processo, irei atualizar o cliente a cada passo (sketch / line / cor flat / renderização).Encomendas de sketches ou envolvendo só cores base tem prazo de uma semana.Trabalho renderizado tem prazo de duas semanas. Detalhes da lineart não serão mudados após o início da etapa de colorir.Caso o cliente realmente queira as mudanças grandes acima, poderá pagar uma taxa extra por elas.DireitosVocê não tem direitos comerciais sobre a encomenda. Portanto, não pode vender ou redistribuir a arte delas de forma alguma (em produtos, prints, etc). Toda arte será assinada e remover a assinatura conta como quebra desses Termos de Serviço.Eu tenho o direito de usar artes das encomendas para me promover, e devo ser informada de antemão caso o cliente deseje que o trabalho não seja mostrado em redes sociais. As artes podem ser postadas nas redes sociais dos clientes com créditos adequados.
